On Meditation:

The primary objective of these sessions is to impart the skill of meditation. Our approach draws upon various techniques sourced from diverse traditions, with the intention of customizing your meditation practice to align with your unique mental conditioning. We firmly hold that, given the distinct cognitive constitution of each individual, meditation routines should be carefully tailored to suit their specific needs.

 

Drawing from two decades of dedicated exploration, practice, and instruction in the world of meditation, our expertise encompasses a range of techniques, including:

  1. Transcendental Meditation (TM): This technique allows individuals to transcend ordinary thought and access deeper states of consciousness using a mantra

  2. Zen Meditation (Zazen): Rooted in Zen Buddhism, this practice focuses on seated meditation, cultivating mindfulness and insight. Zazen simply means: to sit. 

  3. Buddhist Meditation (Vipassana): Derived from Buddhist teachings, Vipassana meditation emphasizes the development of insight through focused awareness.

  4. Sufi Meditation (Muraqaba): A form of meditation from Sufi mysticism that emphasizes introspection and contemplation.

Typically, our sessions commence with a concise introduction to the art of meditation, along with essential guidance on key aspects to be mindful of. This foundational knowledge serves as a vital precursor to the practical instruction that follows, assisting participants in building a strong foundation for their meditation practice.
